The annual Westport House Halloween Fest for children runs on October 21 and 22, as well as from October 27 to 31.
Stately becomes spooky as Westport House is transformed into an eerie old mansion, where scary stories of the White Witch of Westport are spun and the dungeons creek and clank with the chains of prisoners past. Pumpkins can be carved, goblin cakes can be decorated, and Thriller dance moves can be honed. On Halloween afternoon, little ones are invited to dress up for the Apocalyptic Disco and Costume Competition from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Halloween Fest tickets include full use of the Pirate Adventure Park, the beautiful parkland and lakeside setting, the swan pedalo boats on the lake, a bouncy castle, go karting, the Westport House Express miniature railway, the Pirates’ Playground beside Gracy’s Bar and Restaurant and the Pirates’ Den, an indoor soft play area.
